Summary of Reports:

Kingdom Staff - 92% of 12 filled positions

Kingdom Staff are required to report quarterly, but are encouraged to report more frequently.

Blue Iris [Queen's Herald/Royal Court] – Sir Conrade fills this position. No recent court reports have been received by White Stag.

Castle [Internal Submissions] - Title not yet registered. Lord Cameron is doing a remarkable job, for having been thrown into the position with no experience or training. We will be working on some of the nuts and bolts in the coming months. Fulfills reporting requirements with Letters of Presentation. Warrant expires 10 March 2007.

Fretty [CoA Commenter] fulfills reporting requirement with Letters of Comment. This office is currently vacant.

Gimlet [Protocol/Ceremonies] Countess Aindrea reports for the quarter, detailing several ceremonies that she has written or assisted with. Emergency backup is Baroness Anne Bigod. Warrant expires 15 August 2005.

Liber [CoA Commenter] fulfills reporting requirements with LoCs. Herr Conrad von Zollern has accepted the title, and is working on the first steps to be confirmed in his appointment. Warrant expires 01 January 2007, pending Laurel approval.

Palmer [Emergency Replacement/Administration] – THLady Alia Marie de Blois is currently assisting with the new Wimble/Wharrow database and performing some valuable secretarial functions. She is teaching a two-hour class/practicum on conflict checking at KWHS this weekend. Warrant expires 01 January 2007.

Plover [Field Heraldry] – Lord Æthelwulf is teaching a class on field heraldry at KWHS this weekend and has been active in other heraldic capacities over the last few months. Current standings in the Plover Challenge are available at: http://plover.outlandsheralds.org. Emergency deputy is Herrin Katrein Adler. Warrant expires 01 November 2006.

Rampart [Submissions] – fulfills reporting requirement with LoIs. This office is currently vacant.

Rampart Clerk [Notifications] - Furukusu-san Masahide keeps me moving in providing him with the addresses of submitters and the Letters of Response needed to notify them regarding the status of their submissions. We're a little backlogged from the restructure and my recent spate of Real Life, but I expect we'll be caught up by the end of August if no other disaster springs forth. Warrant expires 10 March 2007.

Trefoil [CoA Commenter] fulfills reporting requirement with LoCs. Baron Timothy is generating timely and useful commentary. Warrant expires 01 December 2006.

Weel [Herald Education/Publications] – Master Balthazar has volunteered to fill one of the two empty class slots at KWHS this weekend, vacated by unfortunate cancellations. Emergency deputy is THLady Margaret Hepburn of Ardrossan. Warrant expires 01 August 2006.

Wharrow [On-line Roll of Arms] – Lord Llywus is participating in the database project headed by Ceolwen, and continues to make swift updates to the Roll. Emergency deputy is Lady Halla inn heppna Knorsdottir. Warrant expires 01 June 2006.

Wimble [Precedence] – Duchess Kathryn sends an "Awards to Date" report for the reign. Emergency deputy is THLady Seuilla de Cordoba. Warrant expires 15 August 2005.

Kingdom Scribe – Mistress Bennet and I remain in contact, sharing information as needed. She sends a quarterly report. Emergency deputy is Mistress Averil du Bois d'Avignon. Warrant expires 13 May 2006.

OCoH Webminister – THLady Alia Marie continues to host and maintain the College website, and is participating in the database project headed by Kymma. Discussions with the Kingdom Webminister regarding migration of the website are on hold until the new Webminister takes office.

Baronies – 86% for June

Baronies are required to report monthly.

Caerthe (Aspen): A brief report is received from Mistress Fiachra. More regular and detailed reports are expected in the future. Warrant expires 01 June 2006.

al-Barran (Scorpion): THLord Pendar reports thoroughly, as usual, summarizing all heraldic activity in his barony. He also justifiably prods me to be more diligent in posting Letters of Response to the Rampart web site. That is now more up-to-date, and, barring further unpleasant happenstances of life, should remain so. Warrant expires 28 May 2006.

Dragonsspine (Scalene): Lady Halla sends a detailed report as usual, summarizing a great deal of heraldic activity. New heralds continue to receive encouragement and opportunities to participate. Warrant expires 01 August 2006.

Citadel of the Southern Pass (Rook): Shayk Omar recently expressed that he is having difficulties finding either deputies or a successor. Heraldic activity in the barony remains low. Warrant expires 01 January 2006.

Unser Hafen (Barbican): Having been informed that the previous Barbican has moved from the barony, and having not received the roster information for the incoming Barbican, the barony is currently without a warranted heraldic officer. Earlier today, a message was sent to the Baron and Baroness and the Seneschal outlining possible solutions and the need for haste in reaching one.

Caer Galen (Ray du Soliel): Lady Lyonnete sends a detailed report and notes that submissions activity is up 300% over May's, and looks to double again in July. Huzzah to Lyonnete for her hard work, and I hope she is able to find deputies to assist very soon. Warrant expires 04 May 2007.

Fontaine dans Sable (Black Fountain): I have received a letter of introduction from Fr. Martim Ruiz do Porto, who will step up this weekend at Lonely Mountain Defender. Welcome, Martim! Warrant expires 18 July 2007.

Shires, Cantons, Colleges - 80% of 10 filled positions for the quarter

Branch officers except for Baronial Pursuivants are required to report quarterly, so reports are not missing until three months have passed without a report. Shires, Cantons, and Colleges are not required to have branch heralds.

Aarquelle - Kristrún reports for June.

Bede's College (Incipient) - Kaga no Ruri sends no report, but being a college officer, he may be on hiatus for the summer.

Blaiddwyn - Vacant

Bloodstone Keep (Incipient) - THLady Killian MacKenzie sends reports by post, and her last report is in a pile of filing to which I must soon attend, so I do not have the date to hand. The incipient canton's name and device are in submission.

Drygestan - Sayidda Maimuna al-Bukhariyya reports for June.

Dúthaich Beinne Áird - Lady Isabel Benet reports no activity.

Hinterland - THL Peregrine Elric of Courtenay reports no heraldic activity this quarter. Since Peregrine contacted me in person at Coronation, he has been noted once more on the roster as Hinterland's herald.
